Alex O´Malley

Alex O´Malley

Alex O'Malley has a gift for creating a safe space for students to discover their limits, and expand beyond them. Her classes are challenging and fun (be ready to sweat), and open to all levels. Holding a firm belief that Yoga's benefits are far more than physical, Alex helps each practitioner to tap into their natural abilities, and shows them how to take those benefits "off the mat" and into their daily lives. Alex began her yoga practice in 2001 and is certified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. She completed her training curriculum at the prestigious "It's Yoga Studio" in San Francisco, California. After extensive travel around the world and a degree in Economics and Music at Mills College, Alex happily settled in Germany and opened "It's Yoga Berlin". At her new studio, Alex is passionate about bringing the universal principles of Yoga to her new culture, community, and home.
