Alakhananda Al-Qahhar
Alakhananda Al-Qahhar is a realized master of great wisdom, a sufi-mystic and energy-master. A sufi-master is utterly authentic, unorthodox and independent, only committed to the direct and individual God-realization. Through their state of being, radiation, word, prayer, music, dance and chanting, sufi-masters proclaim the shining truth, that "God is". The immortal soul, yearning for self-realization and unity, realizes God in silence, meditation, trance and ecstasy.
The spiritual roots of Shri Alakhananda Ji are stretching from the eastern tradition of Sant Mat and Surat Shabd Yoga to the western knowledge of the Human Growth Movement. He is as well rooted in ZEN-Buddhism as in Psychoanalysis. But that is not important. What really matters, is his cosmic unity with Satguru Shoonyo Ji Maharaj and the "Be Man Temple" of Fakir Chand, whose direct line of realized masters is reaching back to Kabir. Modern sufism is cosmopolitan and undogmatic, connected to the wisdom and enlightenment of all realized souls.
The path to God (Sant Mat) is teaching the human liberation from all boundaries (Sadhana). It is a direct way to God through transformation of the false consciousness to reach ultimate freedom (Nirvikkalpa Samadhi). God is the truth and infinite happiness, he is the measure and only sense of all there is. "God is love and love is God. Look inside and you will see." "Cosmic Garden" the Center for modern Sufism and Energetic Therapies in Berlin, offers profound spiritual training, yogic bodywork and yogic healing.

Gita & Holy Spirit
"Gita & Holy Spirit" is a group of creative musicians around Gita Delvenakiotis, a greek-german concert pianist. Her deeply touching music represents a vivid diversion to common esoteric sounds. Being a compassionate lover of song and music since her earliest childhood, Gita has been promoted by the organization for highly talented people, studied classical piano and gained appreciation and several awards as widely travelled pianist. She is also a teacher for prana- and healing yoga.
Her spiritual awakening brought a profound change to her music. She only plays what she likes. Out of deep meditation and divine love, a music of a great healing power is born: Music for the soul, coming from the soul. Being deeply devoted to her spiritual teacher, the Sufi mystic Alakhananda Al-Qahhar, who inspires and supports her in her creative work, her music is ever flowing as if coming from an inexhaustible source. A Sufi master is not attached - neither to his personality, nor to any worldly claim. He proclaims the truth of God´s existence through his very presence, word, prayer, music, dance and silence. Being inspired by all this, Gita´s music embodies a living combination of traditional Indian Music, ecstatic-rock beats, psychedelic trances and the pleasure, born of creative classical compositions.
The group around Gita consists of Omkar, singer and energy therapist, whose touching voice opens the heart of the listener to loving vibrations. The pure and almost angelic voices of Gita, Sita and Saraswati lead the spirit to higher spheres of counsciousness and ecstatic healing trances. The earthly beats of Sadhu and Sven activate both, body and soul, while David´s dreamy guitarre softly plays around the entirely voluminous sounds. Spiritual creativity, powerful presence, love, ecstacy and pure joy of life, music, vision, hearing and feeling merge into a state of deep inner unity. Since many years, out of this powerful cosmic energy-chanel, a deeply moving and touching soulmusic reveals itself, used for meditation, dance and prayer.

Nives Kostovic
Yoga Nidra already finds mention in old tantric texts and it was rediscovered 20-odd years ago by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, founder of the Bihar School of Yoga.
He translates Yoga Nidra as psychic sleep and describes it as a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation, while maintaining awareness at the deeper levels. Indeed, the practice is so relaxing that it becomes almost impossible to remain awake. But you come out feeling more rested than you do after a good night's sleep, and injected with large doses of gumption to tackle the day's tasks. Swami Satyananda says that prolonged suspension between wakefulness and sleep called the hypnogogic state in Yoga Nidra may have untold benefits that go beyond the therapeutic.
