Public Transportation

Directly to the Neukladower Allee, a side road to the Kladower Damm, with the bus lines:

• 134 from direction Spandau
• X34 from direction Zoo Berlin
• 697 from direction Potsdam

You drive to Wannsee with the lines S1, S5, S7, S75.
Then you enjoy the last piece with the ferry line F10 over the Wannsee. You can use the ferry with a normal BVG ticket for the areas AB. The last almost 300 meter you walk from the landing stage in northeast direction on the shore and you already have reached the festival area.

Individual journey

From direction Spandau: left from the Heerstrasse into the Gatower Strasse which changes into the Kladower Damm. Short behind the community hospital Havelhöhe turn left into the Neukladower Allee.
From direction Potsdam: from the Potsdamer Chaussee into the Ritterfelddamm and in Kladow into the Kladower Damm. Then turn right into the Neukladower Allee.

Den Anweisungen des Parkplatz-Teams ist unbedingt folge zu leisten. Bei Zuwiderhandlung erfolgt ein Platzverseis ohne Erstattung der Parkgebühren. Eine strafrechtliche Verfolgung bleibt vorbehalten.

Auf dem Parkplatz gilt die StVO. Fahrzeugführer sind zu ständiger Vorsicht und gegenseitige Rücksicht aufgefordert. Auf dem Parkplatz darf nur in Schrittgeschwindigkeit und in ständiger Bremsbereitschaft gefahren werden.

Das Parken auf dem Parkplatzgelände ist auch für Betreiber von Marktständen nicht kostenfrei. Es gelten die vorgenannten Gebühren.

Der Parkplatz ist spätestens am Morgen nach Festival-Ende bis 10:00 Uhr mit dem Fahrzeug zu verlassen.

Camping

For a one-time fee it is possible to stay with your own tent on the festival area. Showers and wash basins are provided in the shower vehicle. Children under 12 year for free.

The camping sites on the surfaces rented by the city Spandau are limited. We ask you for a punctual reservation of your tent area first of all.

If our own camping ground is full, there are nearby alternatives like campsites (recommended for Motorhomes), youth hostel or guest rooms.

Information for Motorhomes

Dear Motorhome owners, unfortunately, no Motorhomes can be parked directly on the festival area. If you come with the Motorhome, you can immediately stand on the neighbouring campsite and come on foot to the festival.

On the festival area itself you can spend the night only in the tent (possibly no house tents, because the space is limited)! Thanks!

Tickets / Ribbon exchange

At the box office the tickets will be exchanged for ribbons. With the ribbon you can leave the premises at any time and return later. In case of loss of the ribbon is not entitled to re-entry, it will not be replaced!

If the event is cancelled before it begins, there can only be a claim for the face value of the ticket. A claim for damages beyond that will not exist. The event will take place in the case of every weather situation as long as the promoter can be responsible for the circumstances of the weather. If there is a possibility of danger to the body or health occurring, the event will be interrupted immediately. In this case, there is no automatic refund or claim for damages.

Consideration / Rights of the location / Decisional authority

So that the festival visit is a great experience with lasting memories, we would ask that all festival visitors be tolerant, considerate, have moral courage and to help in the case of emergencies. The rights of the location remain for the complete duration of the festival with the festival organisers and their delegated third parties. The instructions of the security company of the promoter are to be obeyed.

People who wear clothing with dehumanizing, homophobic or right-wing extremist backgrounds will not be allowed into the venue and won’t receive a refund. People who are in the location who express the above opinions, will be asked to leave the location without a refund.

No glass bottles, glass jars, metal beverage cans to the festival grounds is not allowed because of injury.

In only about 800m from the festival ground in the direction of Heerstraße is the Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum Havelhöhe.

Wheelchair users / People with disabilities

A person accompanying a handicapped visitor will receive free entry but only with pre-registration. Not all areas are suitable for handicapped people or wheelchairs. We would ask you for your understanding.

Alcohol / Drugs

Bringing and the consumption of alcoholic beverages and other drugs on the festival ground is prohibited! Anyone who is found drunk or on drugs at the festival ground, reference is made immediately and without refund of the ticket of the ground. This reference applies to the entire event. Another encounter at the festival ground or the attempt to re-enter this will be reported to the police immediately.

Photography, audio and video recording

Professional audio and video recording of the artists is prohibited. Taking photographs in a private capacity is basically permitted. Only 35mm cameras, simple SLR cameras and mobile phones with camera functions are allowed. Cameras with a zoom lens or with video functions as well as recording equipment (MP3/MP4-recorder, dictation equipment etc.) of every type are not allowed. Generally all types of recordings without the explicit permission of the promoter or of any artist are forbidden and the publicity of such recordings will be dealt with a penalty.

Changes to the program

The promoter reserves the right to amend the program. Cancellations or changes will be announced as early as possible by the promoter.

Sound and image acquisition by the promoter

By entering the festival ground, the festival visitor willingly and irrevocably allows the nonpaid use of his image or voice for photography, live transmissions, broadcasts and/or records from images and/or sound, which the promoter or their delegated parties compile in connection to the festival as well as their subsequent use in all current and future media (especially in the form of sounds and image carriers as well as digital circulation, for example, via the internet).

Lost and found

Lost items can be handed to security or to the Festival-Guide stand. Lost items which are not collected will be handed in to the city lost property office in the building of the Tempelhof airport.
